Byrne Exercises are natural movement performed by the use of our own bodies, no equipment is needed, little to no perspiration is produced and there is no impact.  However, Byrne Exercises elevate the heart rate and increase oxygen consumption enough to get the metabolism going and burn-up stored body fat.

  • Aerobic Breathing Exercise
