<p>Hi Andrew,  I found your site because one of my customers asked me a question about raw food information on the internet.</p>
<p>I am very impressed with all the information your site has and so happy for you that you are healthy!</p>
<p>However, I find it very unrealistic, from a woman&#8217;s and mother&#8217;s perspective, to eat an only raw diet consisting mainly of fruit and getting fat and protein only from fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds.</p>
<p>Having a diet full of raw, organic foods is no-doubt great for one&#8217;s health.  And going raw to clean up after years of poor health is great for one&#8217;s health and it feels incredibly good! But not before long the body will need more nutrients (protein and fats) to sustain.  This is especially true for women and growing children.</p>
<p>I am hoping that you will consider that the quality and source of dairy, meat, and eggs makes a drastic difference on what affect it has in one&#8217;s body.  Commercial and USDA approved meats, dairy and eggs should absolutely be avoided!</p>
<p>Grass-fed and free-range meats, raw dairy, and free range eggs are really amazing foods and essential sources of vital nutrients for humans, particularly women and growing children.  Raw milk products don&#8217;t cause the health problems that pasteurized and homogenized dairy products cause.</p>
<p>Lastly, fire has been an essential part of human life for ever and ever.  Humans have utilized fire in lots of beneficial ways for a long long time. When one cooks food it can still be beneficial and nutritious. Food doesn&#8217;t have to be burnt for it to be cooked, like your picture implies.</p>
<p>I do thank you for getting out and helping people become healthier &#8211; it&#8217;s very admirable!  And thank you for taking the time to read my 2-bits!</p>

<p>When we work our bodies intensively or against an opposing force, sugar is what the body grabs for fuel because it is available for quick use.  Therefore, the fat we are wishing to use is left for a time when the body has more energy and time to break it down.</p>
